Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 11/09/2023, are required by the personal representatives, steven james brown and jacqueline ann brown c/- lynn & brown lawyers, [contact details redacted] their claims to them by the 11/03/2024, after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
