The legal costs committee has complied with the notice provisions of section 278 of the act. Before making the legal profession (non-contentious probate costs) determination 2017, the legal costs committee reviewed submissions of the law society of western australia inc, consulted with the supreme court of western australia, and reviewed the impact of movements in the consumer price and wage price indices.
