Order by the Acting Minister for Health to transfer assets, rights and liabilities of NMHS in connection with the Neonatal Services to CAHS. A reference to NMHS in respect of items transferred by this Transfer Order has effect, on and after the Transfer Date, as if the reference were to CAHS. Schedules may be inspected at the Department of Health, Royal Street, East Perth.
