I, Amber-Jade-Sanderson MLA, Minister for Health, order that the assets, rights and liabilities of the State, acquired or incurred on or before the Transfer Date, specified in Table B are transferred to the North Metropolitan Health Service. Accordingly, a reference to the State in respect of items transferred by this Transfer Order has effect, on and after the Transfer Date, as if the reference were to NMHS.
