Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the deceased, who died on 6th june 2019, are required by the executors of the deceased ronald nelson d’raine and janet christine nelson to send particulars of their claims to them within 1 month of the date of the publication hereof to [contact details redacted] 6018 after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
