Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 6 february 2015, are required by the trustee of the late agnes marie porter of c/- denmark legal, [contact details redacted] 6333, to send particulars of their claims to it by 27 august 2019, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
