Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased who died on 16 october 2025 are required by the personal representative, daniel peter willis c/- prime law pty ltd, suite 12, [contact details redacted] 6100 to send particulars of their claims to them by 29 may 2026 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
