Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased who died on 5 may 2025 are required by the personal representative, frances netta drummond-hay c/- prime law pty ltd barristers and solicitors, suite 12, [contact details redacted] 6100 to send particulars of their claims to them by thursday, 23 october 2025 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
