The City of Armadale resolved on 14 April 2020 to make the following local law. This local law amends the City of Armadale Fencing Local Law 2011 published in the Government Gazette on 8 December 2011 and as amended in the Government Gazette on 26 August 2016.

Requires all land owners and occupiers within the City of Armadale to complete fire prevention works by November 30, 2026, and maintain them until March 31, 2027.
Determines that the City of Armadale will use gross rental value as the basis for rates on specified land.
Approves amendment to City of Armadale Local Planning Scheme No. 4 regarding short-term rental accommodation.
Enacts the City of Armadale Cat Amendment Local Law.
