The City of Armadale resolved on 14 April 2020 to make the following local law. This local law amends the City of Armadale Fencing Local Law 2011 published in the Government Gazette on 8 December 2011 and as amended in the Government Gazette on 26 August 2016.

Determines that the City of Armadale will use gross rental value as the basis for rates on specified land.
Determines that the method of valuation to be used by the City of Armadale as the basis for a rate in respect of designated land is to be the gross rental value of the land.
Appoints Cole Tanner and Nicole Ivory as Rangers and Pound Keepers for the City of Armadale.
