Pursuant to section 19 of the Heritage Act 2018, the Heritage Council resolved to revoke the delegation instrument published on 24 September 2019 and delegate all powers, duties and functions arising under sections 73 and 74 of the Act to the Manager Strategic Planning and City Design of the City of Fremantle with respect to proposals concerning any land within the West End, Fremantle, subject to conditions. This delegation shall come into operation on the date this instrument is published in the Government Gazette.
