Made by the Chief Health Officer under section 18(1) of the Public Health Act 2016 (the Act). This notice may be cited as the Environmental Health Officers (Approved Qualifications and Experience for Appointment) Notice 2025. This notice comes into operation on the day on which it is published in the Gazette. The Environmental Health Officers (Approved Qualifications and Experience for Appointment) Notice (No. 2) 2017 dated 7 June 2017 and published in the Gazette on 13 June 2017 is hereby revoked.
