Creditors and other persons having claim (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on the 13th october 2023 are required by the executors peter sinclair and bruce sinclair of care of [contact details redacted] 6018 to send particulars of their claims to them by 30th march 2026 after which date the executors may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they have notice.
