Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relate in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 7th day of september 2025, are required by the executor, julia cakebread to send the particulars of their claim to messrs taylor smart of unit 18, level 2, [contact details redacted] of western australia, by the 31st day of march 2026, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
