Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 20/12/2025 are required by the executor care of Darryl James Jones of 14 Overbeck Street Ashby, Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to them within one (1) month of the date of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims which they then have notice.
