Notice is given to owners/occupiers of land within the Shire of Waroona. Council approved requirements at its Special Council Meeting on 8 August 2017 to prevent bush fires. Owners/occupiers must carry out fire prevention work by 30 November each year, or within fourteen days of becoming the owner/occupier. Work must be maintained throughout the summer months until the close of the restricted burning time the following calendar year.
