I, Jared Andrew Barnett, Acting Executive Director Resource Tenure, pursuant to Section 19 of the Mining Act 1978, hereby extend the exemptions as detailed hereunder, for a further period of two years expiring on 8 May 2027 and vary the descriptions to that as detailed hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) exempt from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978.
