Notice to owners and/or occupiers of land within the Shire of Derby/West Kimberley. Pursuant to Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, all owners and occupiers are required, on or before 30th June 2024 and thereafter up to and including 31st December 2024, to have fire breaks or fire control measures installed and maintained.

Intends to sell land by public auction due to unpaid rates and service charges after 3 months if $126,478.09 plus costs is not paid.
Notifies that mining tenements will be forfeited if rent is not paid by June 16, 2026.
Declares the area of operation and contribution rates for the Grains, Seeds, and Hay Industry Declared Pest Control and Compensation Funding Scheme for the 2026-27 financial year.
Forfeits undermentioned mining tenements due to failure to lodge the Mineral Exploration Report.
