I, michael richard tuang, manager resource tenure, resource tenure division of the department of energy, mines, industry regulation and safety, as a delegate of the minister of mines and petroleum for the state of western australia, declare the blocks hereunder to be a location for the purpose of the act. The block is the subject of petroleum exploration permit ep 426 held by energy resources limited and westranch holdings pty ltd.
