Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 38B of the Rottnest Island Regulations 1988, the Rottnest Island Authority hereby closes the following waters to all vessels, excluding bona fide emergency and authorised vessels— Saturday 10 November 2018—0800hrs to 1300hrs Sunday 11 November 2018—1100hrs to 1700hrs Thomson Bay. All the waters within 48 metres of the shoreline, from south of the Hotel Jetty extending in a southerly direction 551 metres.
