Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of Margaret Florence Petricevich, late of 75 Kentucky Drive West, Darling Downs, Western Australia deceased, who died on 14 August, 2020, are required by the executors, Gregory Noel Petricevich and Gail Margaret Babich, c/- 2, 62 Pinjarra Road, Mandurah WA 6210, to send particulars of their claims to the executors within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
