Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 23 september 2020, are required by the trustee, fulvio sammut of care of frichot lawyers, level 1 manning buildings, [contact details redacted] mall, fremantle, western australia, to send particulars of their claim to him by 11 june 2021, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
