I, Anthony Thomas Bullen, acting Executive Director, Resource Tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the Mining Act 1978, hereby extends the exemption originally declared on 26 October 2012 and published in the Government Gazette dated 2 November 2012 for that area described hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 25 October 2020.
