William Joseph Johnston MLA, Designated Authority, revokes the delegation instrument dated 28 December 2016 and delegates powers and functions under the Offshore Minerals Act 1994 (Cth) to employees of the Department of Mines and Petroleum in Western Australia holding specified positions. The delegate cannot further delegate these powers.
