Dr Andrew Robertson, A/Assistant Director General of the Department of Health, appoints persons to be restricted investigators for the State for the period 31 April 2017 to 31 August 2018, to exercise the function of an investigator contained in section 83 of the said Act subject to conditions and limitations for the purpose of investigation under Part 3 and Part 4A of the Tobacco Product Control Regulations 2006.
