All waters adjacent to Langley Park bounded by a line commencing at approximately 31° 57.624’ S 115° 51.763’ E (125 metres west of Victoria Street), thence 565 metres southwest to approximately 31° 57.910’ S 115° 51.633’ E, thence southeast to approximately 31° 58.130’ S 115° 52.301’ E (573 metres from the shoreline adjacent to Plain Street), thence north northeast to the shoreline to approximately 31° 57.843’ S 115° 52.431’ E (53 metres east of Plain Street), thence in a north northwest direction to the place of commencement at approximately 31° 57.624’ S 115° 51.763’ E.

Pursuant to regulation 10A (b) of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, the following area of water is closed to swimming on 26th January 2025 for specified times near Langley Park, Swan River. Additionally, all waters within a 100-meter radius around the 9 fireworks barges associated with the Australia Day Pyrotechnics and Drone Display are closed to swimming between 6:00AM on Sunday 26th January 2025 and sunrise on Monday 27th January 2025.
