Pursuant to regulation 48A(1) of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, I cancel Notice MA401 published in the Government Gazette on 20 December 2019 and set aside the following area of water for waterskiing— Waroona Dam: Whilst the official water level is equal to or higher than 206 meters above the Australian Height Datum as published by the Water Corporation of Western Australia— All those waters of Waroona Dam (Lake Navarino) south of [coordinates]. This notice is valid from the date of publication.
