These regulations amend the Fish Resources Management Regulations 1995. Changes include amendments to regulation 3(1) regarding Geographe Bay and Inland Waters, Swan and Canning Rivers, and regulation 16E regarding bag limits for blue swimmer crabs, mud crabs, cuttlefish, octopus, squid, rock lobster, and abalone. Schedule 2 Part 2 Division 5 and Schedule 3 Division 6 are also amended regarding blue swimmer crab protection and bag limits.
