These regulations are the fish resources management amendment regulations (no. 3) 2017. These regulations come into operation as follows: regulations 1 and 2 on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations on the day after that day. These regulations amend the fish resources management regulations 1995. In regulation 38d(1) in the definition of fishing season paragraph (a) delete βfirst sunday in january, february, march, november and decemberβ and insert: second saturday in january, the first and third saturdays in february and the second saturday in december
