The council of the Shire of Kondinin resolved on 19 July 2023 to make the following local law under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Kondinin Fencing Local Law 2023 and comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. The Municipality of the Shire of Kondinin By-laws Relating to Fences as published in the Government Gazette on 9 November 1979, are repealed. This local law applies throughout the district.
