Made by the minister for police under the road traffic (administration) act 2008 section 117(2)(c). This notice is the road traffic (administration) (speed measuring and recording apparatus) notice 2019. The following types of apparatus are approved for the purposes set out in section 117(2)(c) of the act: (a) vitronic poliscan fm1; and (b) jenoptik robot gmbh traffistar sr520.
