In accordance with Section 45 (1) (b) of the Racing and Wagering Western Australia Act 2003, notice is hereby given that the Board of Racing and Wagering WA on 11 September 2019 resolved that the RWWA Rules of Harness Racing 2004 be amended as followsβ Amendments to National Rules Amend rules 93(2), 188A(1)(b) and 190A(2)(s) Renumber existing rule 190A(2)(s) to 190A(2)(t) Amend rule 190A(2)(t) Add new rules 190AB and 254A. A copy of the above rules may be obtained during office hours from the RWWA offices at 14 Hasler Road, Osborne Park WA 6017 or Racing and Wagering Western Australia website, www.rwwa.com.au.
