These regulations are the local government (financial management) amendment regulations 2017. These regulations come into operation as follows โ (a) regulations 1 and 2 โ on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations โ on the day after that day. These regulations amend the local government (financial management) regulations 1996. In regulation 19c(2)(b) delete โ12 months;โ and insert: 3 years;
