Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 3 october 2023, are required by the executor, leanne michelle ryland, to send particulars of their claims to lewis kitson lawyers of level 1, [contact details redacted] of western australia within one (1) month of the date of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims which she then has notice.
