Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 28 january 2017, are required by the trustee equity trustees limited, abn 46 004 031 298 of level 2, [contact details redacted] 3000 to send particulars of their claim to them by 11 august 2017, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
