Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the Estate of Peter Emanuel Karan, deceased, are required by the personal representative, Flora Katina Arban, to send particulars of their claims to Brook Legal within 30 days of publication of this notice. After this date, the personal representative may convey or distribute assets having regard only to claims of which she has notice.
