Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 6 august 2017, are required by the trustees, care of mcfarlane lawyers, [contact details redacted] by 7 march 2018, after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
