In the matter of Petar Batinovich, formerly of [contact details redacted] of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died at [contact details redacted] Western Australia on 20 February 2017, are required by the trustee, James Gugich of care of Tang Law, Suite 2, [contact details redacted] 6003, Tel: [contact details redacted] to send particulars of their claims to Tang Law by the 3rd day of March 2018, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
