In the matter of Petar Batinovich, formerly of 53 Robinson Avenue, Northbridge in the State of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died at 53 Robinson Avenue, Northbridge the State of Western Australia on 20 February 2017, are required by the trustee, James Gugich of care of Tang Law, Suite 2, 191 James Street, Northbridge, Western Australia 6003, Tel: (08) 9328 7525 to send particulars of their claims to Tang Law by the 3rd day of March 2018, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
