Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 11 march 2019, are required by the executor, david morgan lewis, to send particulars of their claims to lewis kitson lawyers of level 1, 43 kishorn road, applecross in the state of western australia within one (1) month of the date of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims which they then have notice.
