Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the City of Wanneroo resolved on 6 December 2016 to make the Bee Keeping Local Law 2016. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. Part 6 of the City of Wanneroo Animals Local Law 1999 is repealed. This local law applies throughout the district.
