The council of the city of South Perth resolved on 13 December 2016 to adopt the following local law. This local law is cited as the City of South Perth Penalty Units Amendment Local Law 2016. This local law comes into operation 14 days after its publication in the Government Gazette. Schedule 1 of the City of South Perth Penalty Units Local Law published in the Government Gazette on 20 June 2003 is deleted and replaced.
