I, Mick Hayes, inspector being the delegated officer of the Minister for Transport under Section 139 of the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008, pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 139 of that Act, and the consent of the Local Authorities having been obtained and nominated for the purposes of cycling road races, do hereby approve the temporary suspension of the Road Traffic Act and/or Regulations made under such act on the carriageway(s) mentioned hereunder.
