Fiona Jane Knobel, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 13 September 2011 and published in the Government Gazette dated 16 September 2011 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 6 September 2023.
