Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 27 May 2020, are required by the executors, ms kaye brooks, mr ian hetherington, and mr john butler, care of butlers lawyers & notaries of [contact details redacted] their claims to them within one (1) month from today, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
