Notice Text
Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovementioned deceased person are required by the personal representative to send the particulars of their claim to Ellery Brookman, [contact details redacted], after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
