These regulations are the state enterprises (commonwealth tax equivalents) (application) amendment regulations 2022. These regulations come into operation as follows โ (a) regulations 1 and 2 โ on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations โ on the day after that day. These regulations amend the state enterprises (commonwealth tax equivalents) (application) regulations 1997. In regulation 3 in the table delete the row relating to the chemistry centre (wa).
