These regulations amend the Rail Safety National Law (WA) Regulations 2015. The regulations come into operation as follows — regulations 1 and 2 on the day of gazettal, and the rest of the regulations on 1 July 2022. Amendments pertain to definitions, reporting requirements, and notification of occurrences.
