Notice to all owners and/or occupiers of land within the City of Perth. Pursuant to Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, you are required to remove inflammable matter from the land owned and/or occupied by you, in accordance with the requirements outlined. The penalty for failing to comply with this notice is a fine, not exceeding $5,000 and a person in default is also liable to pay the cost of performing the work directed in this notice.

Appoints Konrad Seidl as Chief Bush Fire Control Officer and Vivian Browne as Deputy Chief Bush Fire Control Officer for the City of Perth, along with other Bush Fire Control Officers.
Approves City of Perth local planning scheme amendment related to plot ratio and land use in Claisebrook Inlet and East Perth.
Exempts City of Perth from insuring under the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981, except for industrial diseases under section 151(a)(iii).
