I, Laura Russ, Inspector being the delegated officer of the Minister for Transport under Section 139 of the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008, pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 139 of that Act, and the consent of the Local Authorities having been obtained and nominated for the purposes of— A Criterium Cycling Race by members/entrants of the West Coast Masters Cycling Council on 14 December 2025 between the hours of 07:00 Hrs and 12:00 Hrs, 1 February 2026 between the hours of 07:00 Hrs and 12:00 Hrs, 15 March 2026 between the hours of 07:00 Hrs and 12:00 Hrs do hereby approve the temporary suspension of the Road Traffic Act and/or Regulations made under such act on the carriageway(s) mentioned hereunder.
