This order is the cemeteries (tarin rock cemetery closure amendment) order 2025. This order comes into operation as follows— (a) clauses 1 and 2—on the day on which this order is published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the order—on the day after that day. Tarin rock cemetery means the tarin rock cemetery located on reserve 16225. Tarin rock cemetery closure order means the closure of the tarin rock cemetery reserve 16225 published in the government gazette dated 28 october 1983. After the words ‘and being a public cemetery shall be closed for burials” in the tarin rock cemetery closure order include the words— except for the burial of christine faye willock.
