Declares the Bungardi Aboriginal Community a restricted area for liquor control, prohibiting the bringing or possession of liquor within the area. Penalties apply, with higher fines for licensees, managers, or directors of licensed premises. Police may seize and dispose of liquor containers suspected of being involved in an offence. Regulations effective until 19 August 2020.
